Description: On 5th Oct, JPIC Magnet Club of St. Mary's Convent College Nainital in collaboration with ASHA Foundation presented a thought-provoking Nukkad Natak on Breast Cancer Awareness at DSA ground Nainital. This powerful Nukkad Natak presented by the incredible team of St. Mary's JPIC group was a masterful blend of emotion, education, and energy. With powerful dialogues and relatable characters, they brought a difficult subject to the streets and into the hearts of public. This event was followed by a Rally, which was named as "Pink Rally/Muhim", wherein the students marched on Mall road to emphasize on the seriousness of this disease. This occasion was by graced by Dr. Saraswati Khetwal, Chairperson of Nagar Palika Parishad, Nainital, as the Chief Guest, along with Mrs. Sarita Arya (MLA), Mr. Nawazish Khaliq (SDM Nainital), Mrs. Asha( founder of Asha Foundation), Eminent Doctors and Breast Cancer Survivors. Today "Our students didn't just perform a play but they started a conversation that will save lives."
